Rice Week
Come discover the rice from the “Riserva San Massimo” at La Veranda Restaurant, located at the Hotel Santa Barbara.
From March 15 to 18, 2021, Chef Davide Angelino will prepare a different first course every day. It will be a week dedicated to rice from the Riserva San Massimo, a natural area spanning over 800 hectares, set in a rare natural environment within the Lombardy’s Ticino Valley Park.
