The exhibition is curated by Michele Dantini and Raffaella Resch. The show offers a new perspective on the work of Paul Klee, positioning the artist’s masterpieces within the European primitivism of the early 20th century.
A selection of Klee’s oil and tempera paintings, watercolours and drawings will be displayed alongside specimens of classical antiquity, ethnographic artefacts of the MUDEC collection, magazines and historical documents linked to Klee’s artistic growth.
